Apart from being Australia's cherry capital, there is a diverse range of agriculture and horticulture as well as a rich history which combine to make Young such an attractive destination. The legacy of the gold fields in the form of some lovely heritage buildings is evident, as is the prosperity flowing from the surrounding rural community.
