Flying into Cairns and out of Proserpine, this tour combines both the north and south gateways to the Whitsundays.  Enjoy the stunning beauty of Northern Queensland with a 3 night stay in Palm Cove, 2 nights in Townsville and 3 nights at Airlie Beach.

 Palm Cove is a stunning coastal destination located just north of Cairns in Far North Queensland. Known for its palm-lined beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant tropical atmosphere, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We continue down the coast through Innisfail and Ingham to Townsville, the ‘Capital’ of Northern Australia.  It is the centre of a vibrant region yet still retains a laid back and welcoming appeal.  There is a wonderful array of attractions in the district which we will have plenty of time to explore at a leisurely pace during our two night stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor (07 4729 2000).   

Travelling further south, through lush rainforest clad mountains, sugar cane fields and mango plantations, we pass through the townships of Ayr and Bowen before arriving at Airlie Beach.  A colourful cosmopolitan and inviting town on the shores of a palm fringed beach overlooking the sparkling waters of Pioneer Bay.  Our three nights accommodation are at the Coral Sea Waterfront Resort looking across to the Whitsunday Islands.  (Ph  07 4964 1300)
