Abercrombie House is a heritage treasure of the Bathurst region and a spectacular venue for our winter Yulefest. Built in the 1870’s by the Stewart family, today it is the home of the Morgan family who have spent many years restoring the magnificent house. They will host us for a delightful night featuring roaring log fires, mulled wine in the drawing room, a delicious Yulefest dinner with all the trimmings and a choir of musicians to
entertain us.
Located an easy 200 kilometres from Sydney our 4.5 star accommodation, at Rydges Mt Panorama Resort, is the perfect base to leisurely explore the regions many attractions. Heading to Bathurst we will travel over the mountains on the Bells Line of Road through Kurrajong, Bilpin and Mt Tomah and on our return we will travel on the Great Western Highway through Blackheath, Katoomba and Leura.
